๐๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐ก๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ช๏ธฑWebinar in Observance of the 2024 18-day Campaign to End Violence against Women with the theme โUNITEd for VAW-free Region 1โ spearheaded by the Regional Gender and Development Committee 1 (RGADC-1).
Atty. Harold Kub-aron, RGADC-1 Chairperson and Commission on Human Rights Region 1 Director, welcomed the participants โ personnel from national line agencies, higher education institutions, and local government units.
Ms. Mariz Dafnae Mendoza, RGADC-1 secretariat member from NEDA, shared the objectives of the activity which include the following: to disseminate information on the current situation of juvenile justice and VAWC, discuss the government initiatives on VAWC prevention, and gather public support to government projects and programs on the elimination of VAW.
The webinar is hosted by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 1.
