The Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) for the Midwifery Program visited the Don Mariano Marco Memorial State University – South La Union Campus (DMMMSU-SLUC) in Agoo, La Union, to evaluate their application for the Certificate of Program Compliance for the Bachelor of Science in Midwifery program on October 29, 2024.

Dr. Catherine De Guzan Torio of Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation and Dr. Melquiades C. Ancheta of the Professional Regulation Commission composed the RQAT team, with Dr. Maria Carmela L. Domocmat, Education Supervisor II, assisting the team.

Dr. Racquel D. Quiambao, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Chancellor, together with Prof. Gabriel O. Bacungan, Dean of the College of Community Health and Allied Medical Sciences; Prof. Gina L. Domondon, Program Chair of the Midwifery Program; and the faculty members, welcomed and assisted the RQAT during the inspection visit.

The visit ended with an exit conference, during which the results of the inspection were presented.

Furthermore, DMMMSU-SLUC received a copy of the RQAT report for appropriate action.
