Kaisa ang Komisyon sa Lalong Mataas na Edukasyon Rehiyon Uno sa pagdiriwang ng ika-161 anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ni Andres Bonifacio.
Sa di-mabilang na paghihirap at sakripisyo, ipinakita ni Bonifacio na ang tunay na pag-ibig sa bayan ay walang kapantay. Hindi lamang sa digmaan nasusukat ang tapang, kundi sa araw-araw na pagpili na ipaglaban ang tama, ang makatarungan, at ang makabayan.
