Around 857 student-grantees from the 2nd district of Ilocos Norte gathered for the distribution of stipends under the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) at the covered court of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) , Batac City, Ilocos Norte on December 5, 2024.

Hon. Angelo Marcos Barba, Representative of the 2nd District of Ilocos Norte, and Engr. Sharona Q. Barroga, Dean of the College of Engineering at MMSU, shared their inspirational messages.

Engr. Barroga extended also her warm welcome to the grantees. She shared valuable insights, inspiring the students to pursue their academic and personal goals with determination and resilience.

Dr. Jahnese D. Asuncion, Chief of Scholarship and Financial Assistance, and UniFAST focal, Mr. Ericson R. Agcaoili, assisted the UniFAST Regional Coordinators in attendance namely: Ms. Debbie Rilloraza, Ms. Alexis Dolores, Mr. Carl Jenver Duclayan and Mr. Woodrow Cacanindin.
