The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 1 proudly congratulates our very own CHED Chair, Dr. J. Prospero E. De Vera III, for being named the Outstanding Filipino 2024 by the JCI Senate Philippines.
The Outstanding Filipino Award is a public recognition given to Filipinos aged 41 and above for their contributions to society, particularly for the strength of their character and integrity, and the impact of their achievements on their field of work, public welfare, and national development.
